To initiate an eviction case, it’s imperative that you have the documentation required for a case to proceed.
Required documents include a Notice, Lease, and Proof of Service.
If you do not have these documents or require assistance preparing a notice, please contact a KTS office for assistance.
We have upgraded our Start a Case Portal to make the submission process easier. If you encounter an issue with the submission process, please contact the appropriate office/regional location and ask for Client Relations.
