1. We understand that by accepting rent after the notice has expired,
the eviction may have to stop if you have not first discussed this
with us.
2. We understand that if any notice is served after we have started
the eviction process, the eviction may have to stop if you have
not first discussed this with us.
3. We understand that we must contact KTS if we have any communication
with any of the occupants.
4. We understand that once we recover possession of the property
we are still required to account for the use of the security deposit
(if any).
